Der IC6 Thin Film Deposition Controller bietet ein außergewöhnliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, indem er die bewährte Leistung der INFICON Dünnschicht-Controller mit einzigartigen Funktionen kombiniert, damit Sie das Beste aus Ihrem Abscheidungsprozess herausholen können.

Der IC6 verwendet unser ModeLock-Frequenzmesssystem, um eine stabile, hochauflösende Raten- und Dickenmessung mit einer branchenführenden Ratenauflösung von 0,00433 Å/s alle 1/10 Sekunde zu ermöglichen. Kein anderer Quarzkristall-Controller hat die Leistung, die Qualität und die Funktionen des IC6 und ermöglicht es Ihnen, Spitzenleistungen wiederholbar zu machen.
