Das INFICON Pirani Standardmessgerät (PSG55x) verwendet wie seine Brüder PCG55x und PSG50x die fortschrittlichste digitale Pirani-Technologie. Das robuste Sensordesign in Kombination mit der kompakten Größe und der Vielzahl an Funktionen qualifiziert das Gerät für Messungen vom Niedrig- bis zum Hochvakuumbereich.
