About the webinar

A QCM is a very versatile tool utilized in many different applications and industries. The main use of a QCM is in the creation of thin films, which are made in the semiconductor industry. The semiconductor industry creates its thin films using processes like ALD, E-beam, resistive source and sputtering.

QCMs are a great benefit to the semiconductor industry and applications as they can improve uniformity, yield, repeatability and throughput.  INFICON provides this benefit via the SemiQCM™.

In this INFICON on-demand webinar, John Agosta, Product Engineer, will discuss the basics of a QCM, SemiQCM, and thin film processes such as ALD, E-beam, resistive source and sputtering.
