In this role, you will be the central point of contact for all HR administration issues - from onboarding to offboarding. With your organizational skills, you will ensure smooth workflows and keep an eye on the most important processes at all times. You can expect a responsible role in a dynamic environment with varied challenges.
Your tasks:
HR Administration from Onboarding to Offboarding
Drawing up employment contracts, contract amendments, references, certificates and more
Maintaining personnel files and managing master data
Support with payroll accounting in close cooperation with the payroll service provider
Applicant management: from initial contact to personnel selection
Recording absence data, maintaining databases and compiling statistics
Organization and administrative support for internal and external events
Participation in exciting HR projects
This position is initially limited to two years - with the possibility of permanent employment.
Qualifications
Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in human resources management
Professional experience in HR administration as well as good knowledge of labor and social security law; experience with IG Metall collective agreement and ERA is an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, as well as a general affinity for IT; experience with Workday or another HR management system is a plus
Flexibility, strong communication skills and team spirit paired with discretion
Structured and independent way of working with the ability to maintain an overview even in turbulent times
