Job Description

We are seeking a Programme Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects for a single technology-driven customer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and leadership skills and the ability to drive successful business outcomes for our key customer.

•Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Strategic Account Manager and interact on a regular basis with our largest USA based SEMI OEM customer. Understand the needs, expectations, and business objectives of our strategic SEMI OEM customer.  Maintain effective communication and manage customer relationships
•Programme Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, for multiple projects. Ensure development and business improvement projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
•Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with customer projects and product delivery. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues
•Quality Assurance: Working with the relevant stakeholders in the business ensure that all projects and products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements
•Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and the customer. Maintain comprehensive customer project and reporting documentation
•Conducting market analyses, processing customer feedback and monitoring technological developments and applications
•Collect market information and report to company periodically
•Communicate with overseas Sales & Services team and work together with local members of the business unit team to provide professional solution to customer

Qualifications

•Master degree, majoring in Physics, Mechanical or Electronics related
•Fluency in written and oral English
•Excellent relationship building and excellent communication skills customers
•Have related sales experience and vacuum knowledge
•Be able to travel in high frequency
•Have a smart mind to set up developing strategies for sales promotion
•3~5 years of SEMI/Vacuum or semi-fab related product sales experience is preferred
•A deep understanding of SEMI industry is preferred
•Highly motivated, creative, self-responsible and result oriented
•Positive attitude and excellent persuasion and decision-making skills
