Job Description

  • HR administration from onboarding to offboarding
  • Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, references, works council hearings, certificates, etc.
  • Maintenance of personnel files and master data administration
  • Preparation of payroll accounting in cooperation with the payroll service provider
  • System-supported applicant management, cooperation with personnel service providers, support with personnel selection
  • Contact person for employees in personnel-related matters
  • Recording absence data
  • Maintenance of databases, creation of statistics and reports
  • Organizational and administrative support for internal and external events
  • Collaboration on HR projects
  • Prospective: Support for in-company training

The position will initially be filled on a temporary basis for 2 years.

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in human resources management
  • Professional experience in HR administration
  • Good knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word)
  • IT affinity, knowledge of an HR management system an advantage
  • Experience in the organization of in-company training would be beneficial
  • Flexibility, strong communication skills, team spirit, humor and discretion
  • Structured and independent way of working
