INFICON Announces Formation of Advanced Data Science Team to Enable the Factories of the Future

This team will build on 25 years of existing efforts like SmartFDC, multi-objective optimized scheduling, and Smart Sensors to drive advancements in process control and operational efficiency for the semiconductor industry.
