About John Behnke - General Manager Intelligent Manufacturing Systems
John Behnke has 35 years in the semiconductor industry, covering manufacturing, product development, and fab operations. As GM of Final Phase Systems (an INFICON product line), he leads a team deploying SMART software to boost fab efficiency, using a Datawarehouse for advanced scheduling and WIP optimization. He co-chairs the Semi North America Smart Manufacturing Group. Previously, he held senior roles at Novati Technologies, Intermolecular, Spansion, and AMD, where he pioneered automated fab solutions. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and five U.S. patents.
