Cygnus 2薄膜蒸着コントローラーは、実証済みのINFICONの薄膜コントローラーの性能と、OLEDプロセスを最大限に活用できるように設計された、ユニークな機能を組み合わせることにより、ひときわ優れた価値を提供します。Cygnus 2は、市場をリードする当社のModeLock周波数計測システムを使用して、1/10秒毎に0.00433 Å/sという分解能を持つ、安定した高分解能の蒸着速度および膜厚計測を実現します。Cygnus 2と同等の優れた再現性を可能にする性能、品質、機能は、他のどの水晶振動子コントローラーにもありません。

機能

  • INFICONのModeLock技術は最も安定であり、非常に低い蒸着速度であっても最高の分解能と膜厚計測を可能にします。
  • 自動Zは、材料の蒸着が進むとともにZ比率を自動的に決定し、膜厚の精度を向上させる
  • 6つのソースまで同時にコントロールできるので、単独で、または1台のCygnus 2と組み合わせることにより、2台または3台のコントローラーが必要とされる箇所に対応
  • カラーTFT LCDディスプレイがプロセスで何が起きているかを見やすく表示
  • 10 Hzの測定
  • 100msサンプルで±0.0035 Hz
  • スクリーンショット、処方の保存、データログ用のUSBデータストレージ
  • 複数ソースの膜厚を合計
  • 低濃度で超低蒸着速度の材料の計測レートを平均化 (超低蒸着速度のOLEDドーパント材料蒸着において、安定したソースで最長30秒間)

  • 4メートルのXIUオプションは、大規模システム用に、長い真空内センサーケーブルの使用を可能にする
  • 非蒸着コントロールによって、基盤が蒸着チャンバーを繰り返し通過する際に、継続的なソースコントロールを行える
