Cool Drawer 듀얼 센서는 진공 챔버에 두 번째 크리스탈이 있는 것이 바람직한 중요한 공정에 사용하도록 설계되어 있습니다. 수냉식 주조 스테인리스 스틸 본체, 2개의 Cool Drawer 크리스탈 홀더 및 1개의 공압식 셔터가 견고한 센서 헤드에 제공되어 백업 크리스탈을 더욱 신뢰성 있게 해줍니다. 챔버 내부에 동축 케이블이 없기 때문에 보다 깨끗하고 보다 안정적인 진공 시스템 설치가 가능합니다.
