INFICON CrystalSix 센서는 지속적인 속도 제어가 요구되는 긴 공정에서 중요합니다. OLED, MBE, 태양광, 장기 광학 코팅 또는 챔버 환기 사이 시간이 긴 기타 공정 등에서 CrystalSix 센서는 하나의 센서 헤드에 6개의 석영 모니터 크리스탈의 안전을 담당합니다. INFICON 박막 컨트롤러와 함께 사용하면 CrystalSix는 현재 크리스탈이 고장 나거나 불안정할 때마다 새 크리스탈을 제위치로 자동으로 회전시킵니다. 연속적인 증착 속도 모니터링을 위해 공정을 중단하지 않고 크리스탈이 자동으로 교체됩니다.
크리스탈 인덱싱은 공압 구동 방식으로 이루어집니다. 이 공압 구동 모터는 열을 발생시키는 비싼 진공 전기 모터를 사용하는 경쟁 제품보다 우수한 크리스탈 열 안정성을 제공합니다. 1/8인치 수냉 튜브는 센서 헤드의 열 안정성을 유지하고 센서 배치에서 유연성을 제공합니다.
특정 INFICON 박막 컨트롤러와 함께 사용하면 이 센서는 위치 피드백을 제공하므로 특정 위치에서 특정 재료를 사용할 수 있습니다.

- Stable crystal temperature, because crystal switching is pneumatically-driven (competitive units use heat-generating motors)
- 1/8" tubes maintain thermal stability and allow flexibility in sensor placement
