두께 모니터링을 위한 가장 비용 효율적인 솔루션을 제공하는 INFICON Easy Rate 싱글 센서는 표준 및 직각 방향에서도 사용할 수 있고 표준 튜브 피팅이 있거나 없는 피드스루가 포함되도록 구성될 수 있습니다.
참고: Easy Rate 싱글 센서는 4.8 mm(3/16인치) 외경의 수냉 튜브를 사용합니다. 이 센서는 Ultra-Torr 장착 피드스루와 호환되지 않으며 4.8 mm(3/16인치) 외경의 수냉 튜브와 함께 표준 피드스루에 용접하기 위해 튜브 어댑터가 필요합니다.
